As I mentioned last week, Mondays will be my weigh-in days. I had set a goal of 2lbs in 2 weeks. Yesterday was week 1. I am excited to report that my weight is... (drum roll please) exactly the same! Same exact BMI as last week. This is exciting because I definitely ate a lot this week (I drank quite a few Mike's hard lemonades as well). So even though I went back to the gym for the first time in maybe a year, I was pretty happy with not having gained any weight.
So the challenge is on- i need to drop 2 lbs this week to meet my goal. Think I can do it?
