Weighed in on WiiFit this morning. Yesterday was my 2 week deadline to drop 2lbs. While I did not gain weight, the weight lost was insignificant, in other words I did not meet my goal. I'm just not trying I guess. I haven't really changed any habits- eating or working out. And the past 2 weeks+ I haven't been going to the gym OR using the wii, because of watching Kaelyn and going to training.
I guess I just need to have a little more determination when it comes to exercising, and a lot more will power when it comes to food.
Are there any tips/ strategies to help keep me focused? Especially since I'm headed to the beach this weekend and will be partaking in a lot of good food and relaxation.
