When I got back into working out this summer (after what felt like forever) I set a goal to lose 2 lbs in 2 weeks. Here's my BMI from that first weigh in:
A week and a half in I lost .7 lbs, but come weigh in time, I gained them back to the exact same BMI:
I guess 30 minus of cardio at the gym 3-4 times a week, along with 30 mins WiiFit 2-3 times a week, is not enough to counter balance all the extra food that comes with summer cook outs with family.
OK so I set the goal of 2lbs in 2 weeks again. Hopefully I can do it this time.
Any tips to keep motivated?
