I blame stress.
And eating too much bad food like McDonalds twice last week, almost finishing my Chinese food on Sunday, and having too many french fries and fried foods in general.
Monday I started my slimfast breakfast and salad lunch again which continued yesterday and this morning too.
Hopefully I am back on track with more motivation (since I am weighing more than I did when the competition started!).
There is a Zumba instructor who will be teaching a class after school once a week so Hopefully that will help me succeed.
