(I think my week counting was a little off... but this is week 9)

I took last week off for my birthday. But I had a hidden agenda too. I gained some major poundage. It was not good. I was just hoping that I would be able to lose what I had gained over the past couple weeks. I can only blame myself for eating the way I have been, and not working out the way I should.
I think I really am back on track now. I am working out after school with a couple coworkers and am trying to make better food choices. We'll see how next week turns out.
