Work It!

I realized I haven't updated on my workout goals since the biggest loser competition ended back in May. Well I'm really trying to get back into working out daily. I used to do a quick 30 minute workout after school almost everyday (with 60 minute Zumba once a week) AND I was trying to get working out most mornings before school too. With no school I have all the time in the world to work out. I could spend all day working out if I wanted to. But I haven't; I don't. I am letting myself slip again. I'm not logging in my food on MFP.

I have decided to change that. It's my first day home from the beach, I logged in the food I will eat today, AND I have exercised. And not just the basic 45  minute workout, I added on the 40 minute cardio supplement. I WILL continue this through the rest of the summer. I mean, if I'm not working, what is my excuse? That's right- nothing. No excuses. I plan to work out weekday mornings, and rest on the weekends. I plan to do at least an hour each day. Things may come up, plans may change, but this is the plan for now.

On a positive not, I had found my measuring tape a little while back and realized I had not measured myself in a long time. I'm happy to report that I have lost 3 inches in my waist, 3.5 in my hips, and 1 from my thighs. So while my weight loss has slowed, at least I'm moving in the right direction. And remember the picture I showed you last August? I made a goal to NOT look like that when I went back after the summer. And Here I am (wearing the same shirt I believe) 10 lbs and 1 dress size down:
Not perfect, but who is? Think I'll keep up my goals and work out every day?

And if you happen to also be tracking your weight loss on MFP, friend me and check my food diary to make sure I'm keeping it up!: dianamgoss
